3D Modeling & 2D Drafting with Full Fabrication Details

Specializes in the creation of 3D structural engineering models and providing standard 2D drafting directly from the model in conjunction with recent site photos to make construction installations quick and easy appeasing the ever-growing demand. 3D models are primarily used to help understand installation and construction requirements, to create data sheets and to provide full fabrication details for structural steel and wood construction. Subsequent to post-construction reviews, the model can be updated to the exact as-built configuration reducing the need for further pre-construction site inspections and audits that typically determine the existing loading and measurements for construction and installation requirements.

General Engineering

Providing a wide range of engineering design services including retaining walls, residential home construction and renovations, existing structure analysis, drawing review and markups; anything you require, any project-specific needs, we are here to help.

Telecommunications Infrastructure Engineering

Communication Towers:

Tower design, antenna upgrades and installs with new or existing mount design or modifications including structure reinforcement where required.

Rooftop Sites:

Antennas, mounts, conduits, servicing platforms & walkways, grounding & safety, technical install along with design-build for new and existing installations, expansions, additions, modifications and reinforcement on various buildings.

Inspections and Surveys

Site visits to determine the required information for subsequent structural reports, structural analysis, engineering drawings and where required, full fabrication details.

Periodic and final construction reviews for structural engineer site sign-off reports.

Site survey as required for permit submissions.

Post-construction reviews ensure all as-built information is fully captured and if required, updating a 3D model reducing the need for subsequent site visits.

Coordinate with geotechnical and environmental engineers to obtain the required information for your projects.
